There's this sort of knee-jerk reaction that when a team is not doing well, you look to change the manager. Not too sure about the logic of that myself, but given that it is so, it seems amazing that BenÃtez is still in charge at Liverpool, given their pretty disastrous season so far. Mind you, I read somewhere the other day that he would have been sacked months ago, but the club simply can't afford the compensation they would have to pay him. Anybody know if that's true?
