A 73-year-old man who suffers from arthritis finds that smoking cannabis relieves his pain and discomfort. Not surprisingly, he is unwilling to have to approach drug-dealers for his supplies, so he decides to grow his own. There is no suggestion that what he is producing is for anything other than his own use. So what happens?
