The Lazy Cook

Nankhatai - Indian shortbread,

2 cups plain flour
1 cup castor sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil (or ghee)
Nutmeg
Ground cardomon

Mix dry ingredients and add oil or ghee until sticky.

Roll into balls and then flatten

Place on baking tray and bake at 180⁰ until  puffed and golden brown
