Not me Miss, please Miss

So the demonstrations in Iran have nothing to do with the Iranian government, but are all the fault of enemies of the country stirring things up.  How do we know this?  Because Ayatollah Khamenei has told us so.  I am irresistibly reminded of the words of Mandy Rice Davies - "well, he would say that, wouldn't he?"
